The Bespoke Process
Commissioning a bespoke piece of jewellery begins with an initial chat. If you already have your own design idea contact us to discuss the possibilities. Or if you are looking for a design idea, browse our collections and our inspiration gallery to see some of the design possibilities. If you see a piece you like we can use it as a starting point for your own bespoke creation, please get in touch if you would like to talk through some options. We will work together on a design turning it into a piece of jewellery for you to cherish.
After our chat about the design idea I will do some sketches on paper or can provide a Cad image or even a wax model of the piece if required. You will be involved through this entire process and the design may be amended until you are happy and the final design is reached. If you are based outside of London, we can email sketches and photos to guide you through the whole process.
Choosing your stone
We can source diamonds and gemstones to suit your requirement and budget. Our gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers and we only use conflict free diamonds. We will source a selection of stones within your budget so you will be able to hand pick the one you love. If you would like an unusual shape of stone, we can bespoke cut it for you to the shape or sizes of your desire.
Making Your Bespoke Piece
Once the design is agreed, we will take a deposit ( usually 50% of the total price ) and the process of making can begin. Depending on the design, your bespoke piece will be handcrafted directly from precious metal bullion or hand carved in wax and cast in the precious metal of your choice. The final steps are to secure the stones in the settings and then the whole piece is highly polished. All our jewellery is hallmarked at the London Assay Office.
Ready to collect
When your custom made piece is complete we will contact you and you are welcome to collect it in our London studio to view the finished piece and pay your balance, or we can arrange delivery wherever in the world you are. If you are interested in having a bespoke piece, please contact us and make an appointment to chat about your ideas.
